This summer, Pacific Trinetics Corporation (an Epoch subsidiary) presented a prototype Load-Unload equipment at the Intel Galileo Innovation Day event. The presented Load / Unload machine is automated and designed specifically for LTCC equipment. and potentially could be used in other areas as well.
The core theme of the event was the role of disruptive technologies and their power to transform entire industries. Big and small companies alike need to pay attention to emerging game changing technologies and fully take advantage of the opportunity to capitalize on such breakthroughs like Intel’s Galileo board.
The PTC team enjoyed the event and saw an opportunity to incorporate the Galileo Board in the Load/Unload design. This kind of design will completely eliminate the use of the PC and is expected to be cost and space efficient.
