This week, a team of Epoch employees put together a spectacular Japanese food festival at our cafeteria. They presented us with a spectrum of dishes, including sushi, sashimi, udon noodles and classic Japanese egg custard.
To create an authentic atmosphere, the team not only decorated the cafeteria with Japanese accents, they also came to lunch dressed in traditional clothing. All this was accompanied by beautiful Japanese music.

We believe these team cooking sessions create a fantastic opportunity to talk, laugh, and bond over learning/teaching a new skill. To top it off, the results are always delicious.
