For years now, Epoch has had a long-standing relationship with a local nursing home for seniors who don’t have a family to rely on. It is always a rewarding experience to visit the residents with a little something and a whole lot of hugs and smiles.
This past week, a group of staff volunteers made special pastries at the company’s kitchen and gathered up the Epoch Summer Camp kids and headed to the nursing home for a visit.
At Epoch, we value connecting with our community. For this reason, we have a paid volunteer time. This encourages employees to look for opportunities to get involved in their communities.
As the pictures below illustrate, the result was happiness and connection all around.
