- Construction of a 16,500 sqm - LEED platinum standard facility began
- TS Certification
- Inauguration of our building

- Doubled SMT line capacity
- Celebrated 25th Anniversary
- Relocated headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility in Fremont, CA
The 2000s
- First SMT Line
- In-house manufacturing
- ISO certification
- Developed a focus on sustainability and CSR
- Moved US facility to Los Alamitos, CA
- Acquired PTC - a US based ceramic manufacturing company
- Implemented paid employee volunteer time
- Deepened relationship with the local Women & Children Center
The 90's
- Registered as a Corporation in CA focusing on innovative design and engineering.
- Registered a fully owned subsidy in the PRC
- US Division won a major micro-ceramic package contract.
