The Epoch Quality Management System has been certified ISO 9001:2000 by TUVRheinland since 2002 (which was then upgraded to ISO 9001:2008). We now have updated to ISO9001:2015.
In addition, in 2016 Epoch International has also achieved compliance with the requirements of ISO/TS16949:2009 and has obtained a Letter of Conformance to ISO/TS 16949:2009 from TUVRheinland. As of August 2017, we have been IATF16949:2016 certified.
Our products are also listed with UL, CE, CSA & ETL.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) describe the operation of each core process. SOPs identify essential process flows, roles and responsibilities, documentation requirements, and performance measures. A hierarchy of performance measures derived from performance data provides the backbone to our continual improvement process.
A Balanced Scorecard of both short-term and long-term performance measures demonstrates our overall performance and helps guide us towards our strategic vision.
