Here at Epoch International, we have been busy wrapping up the year with our yearly round table employee gatherings and end of the year management meetings.
The round table meetings are a cherished Epoch tradition where groups of employees have an extended lunch (usually, about 2 hours) with top management and HR and along the way discuss how the passing year has been both in their personal and work lives.
Most employees take this opportunity to bring up company issues they believe need greater attention. Employees air their frustrations and give possible improvement suggestions. Their suggestions and frustrations are noted down for a closer look later. Here are some pictures from our round table meetings (note all the good food):
We also held our 3-day end of the year management meeting in which different departments met with each other to set the their cooperative goals for 2016. There too was a lot of good food.
