Our cherished end-of-the-year roundtable meeting tradition continues this year. This is a time where every single Epoch employee gets a chance to sit down for a 2-hour lunch with top management and HR to discuss the passing year from both personal and professional perspectives.
In addition to talking about kids, family, the year’s highlights in their personal lives, each participant takes this time as an opportunity to bring up company issues they believe need greater attention. Employees get a chance to air their frustrations and suggest possible improvements.
All issues brought up are then noted down and discussed during an upcoming upper management meeting. These roundtable meetings help inform the coming year’s management goals.
